Animal prints are in! Here’s how to incorporate it to your wardrobe

It’s 2019, and the stylish crowd has been rocking animal prints like it’s the year 2000! Judging from our IG feeds alone, jungle prints—from leopard spots, snakeskin to zebra stripes—is certainly making a comeback, and we’re here for it. It’s high time that we should bring back the fun in our chill wardrobes! Now, the only problem is: how can you rock the print without looking too tacky or too costume-y?

Here are six ways you can pull off wearing animal prints IRL:

6. Mix and match the flashy piece with your closet staples. Here, Sarah Lahbati tamed the boldness of her leopard-print skirt with a white graphic tee and a pair of block heels. One word: chic!

5. Still unsure about fully committing to the trend? Start small with a statement snakeskin belt and bucket bag! It’s a low-key yet impactful way to sport the wild print.

4. For another easy way to dive into the trend, you can’t go wrong with rocking a fun pair of acrylic animal-print earrings.

3. The feisty trend has taken over the swimsuit department, too—and beach babes Kelsey Merritt and Nadine Lustre are on board! Go ahead, tap into your wild side and look hot AF at the beach with a safari-print bikini. Bonus points: the print’s neutral color looks amazing against morena skin!

2. Resident cool girl Jess Connelly got another styling idea: why not add a modern athleisure spin to the ‘80s trend? Pair up a printed turtleneck (or a tube top for a ‘00s vibe) with athleisure staples like sweatpants and chunky kicks.

1. Feeling a little bit more daring? Feel free to clash prints like what Heart Evangelista did here. To pull it off without looking crazy, the trick is pair up printed pieces with complementing hues.
