We tried out the new dessert cafe @gelareph from Australia. They have the best waffles I've ever eaten in Manila. The waffle was thick, crunchy on the outside and soft inside. Even with whipped cream and ice cream it didn't get soggy. I highly suggest you try it with a scoop of chocolate overload ice cream. It's a chocoholic's dream – rich, dark and deep chocolate flavor. The strawberry ice cream was pretty good too. They had green tea ice cream with coconut milk base perfect for those who are lactose intolerant. I loved their flat white which has two shots of espresso!!! I felt I was back down under. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I'm definitely going back to try their all day breakfast dishes. I want savory waffles.
