This Teenager Makes Vegan Food Look Good

By  - 6 years ago

Jose, the 16-year-old teenager behind @naturally.jo, believes life is too short to eat boring food, and his feed is clear proof he lives by this. But Naturally Jo isn’t like any other food account on Instagram. Stumble upon his profile and you will see mesmerizing, delectable, and colorful vegan food. Yes, it’s all vegan! We can’t believe our eyes either. Check out some of his creations that are so beautiful and perfect, it’d be a crime to take a bite.

You won’t bother hitting that snooze button again when you see breakfast food by Jose. He prepares pancakes, toast, oatmeal, chia cups, and smoothie bowls so vibrant and delicious-looking, they’ll get you out of bed.

You’ll never have to eat your fruits the same way again. The vegan teenager makes fruits look so good you’ll ditch your potato chips this instant. He dips them in chocolate and peanut butter or freezes them into healthy popsicles.

We are thirsty for these fruit-infused drinks, smoothie cups, and milkshakes!

Whoever thinks vegan desserts aren’t worth their time should see these gifts sent from dessert heaven. Jose bakes raw cheesecakes, cakes, brownies, and cheesecake cups.

Which Brownie do you pick????? Frozen blackberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Vanilla ice cream, Chocolate ice cream, Coconut flakes, Chocolate, Sprinkles or Cookies?? All of them were delicious!✌? 'Cheesecake' cups anyone????? Throwback to this vegan desserts topped with frozen berries, chocolate and bliss balls from leftover crust!⭐️ Still one of my faves!?? Swap the lucuma powder for cacao and they will be chocolate flavored?✌? Recipe, Base: 1 cup almonds 1 tbsp cacao powder 1 cup pitted dates 1-2 tbsp agave nectar Filling: 1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight 5-6 tbsp lucuma powder 1 frozen banana 2 tbsp agave nectar 3 tbsp coconut oil 1 cup non-dairy milk Process the base ingredients until it forms into a dough, line a muffin pan and place dough at the bottom, place pan in the freezer. In a blender add the filling ingredients and blend until smooth, add more liquid if needed. Take the muffin pan out and pour the filling on top of the base, let it chill in the freezer overnight and take them out 5 minutes before eating so they are creamier. Raw Chocolate: 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tbsp coconut oil and 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar.
