If you’re tired of hiking mountains and sunbathing on the beach every single summer, then time to switch things up with your S.O.! Head to Pampanga for the Lubao International Balloon and Music Festival happening this April 5 to 7, 2019.
This year is the 6th installment of the Lubao IBMF, but it has come back bigger and better. You and bae (or even your gals!) will not run out of activities, making it the perfect adventure this summer.

Gazing up at hot air balloons
Whether you’re riding or just watching from the ground, the hot air balloons are a must-see attraction. Gaze into the horizon of amazing balloon designs taking flight as the sun rises in the background. You’ll even get a chance to see them under the stars as there’s another display during the Balloon Night Glow.
Watching Manila’s best musicians in concert
This year’s lineup features more of your favorite bands and artists so be sure to catch their performances starting 6 pm. Sing along with Ben & Ben, Juan Karlos, Shanti Dope, as well as some of the country’s best, Moira, Bamboo, and international star Apl.De.Ap. to name a few.
Conquering thrilling activities because #YOLO
On the daredevil side? Try some on-site activities that will keep you on your toes: Rallycross, Off Road, Ultralight, Motoparagliding, Motocross, and more!
Stuffing your face, and shopping ‘til you drop
The event also has a food festival and bazaars, so you can eat to your heart’s content and shop for souvenirs to take home.
Watching the fireworks display and side shows
Other attractions to check out are the car and aerial shows happening during the day and the fireworks display to end the night.
