By  - 7 years ago

Japanese retail giant Uniqlo just launched its Fall/Winter Collection for 2017 and there’s so much to look forward to! The brand unveiled new lines, collaborations, and innovations for LifeWear that strive to create comfortable apparel that emulate the Japanese values of simplicity, quality, and longevity. This season they’re offering more stylish silhouettes and a wider variety of options. We’re giving you the first look at the latest collection so you can make your list before visiting your nearest Uniqlo branch.

5. Ines de la Fressange for Men

Ines de la Fressange took inspiration from the Danish, meditating on the concept of hygge (meaning a warm and comfortable vibe) for her latest collection for Uniqlo. This time however, she also created a line for men, which means you and the boyfriend can both be chic! Expect a lot of Nordic sweater patterns and black and white pieces.

4. Uniqlo x J.W. Anderson

Uniqlo teamed up with British powerhouse J.W. Anderson for a LifeWear collection that integrates the former’s value for quality and the latter’s innovative designs. This collaboration features ruffled skirts in denim and in print; scarves and shirts in vibrant stripes; turtleneck dresses and tops; trench, tweed, and duffle coats, among many others. Excited yet?

3. Uniqlo U

Christophe Lemaire is back for Uniqlo U with what he has termed “elevated basics.” He reimagines everyday wear and workwear that can be both stylish and timeless. Fans of the line will enjoy cropped sweaters, longer knits, corduroy trousers, and oversized articles in wearable palettes.

2. Denim

Uniqlo’s LA-designed innovative denim collection introduces new silhouettes for women and men. The cigarette jeans, for instance, are high-rise and straight cut, a flattering style that could make ladies appear taller, while the EZY jeans have an adjustable drawstring waistband, making it easier for guys to put on and remove.

1.

Ultra Light Down

Uniqlo prides itself for their use of advanced Japanese technologies so they can always offer newer and more functional clothing to their loyal consumers. It thus comes as no surprise when the brand introduced Ultra Light Down, a collection of jackets that provide warmth but are also light and compact enough to be folded and carried around.

We’re already counting the days till we see all these in stores!
