TIPS:
- To avoid making overnight oats that are too watery or dry, make sure your milk and oats have equal parts (e.g. if you put ½ cup oats, milk should also be ½ cup)
- For vegans, opt for pure maple syrup for your sweetener and almond milk for your milk
- You can also add a tablespoon (or two!) of chia seeds to your mix. These superfoods are a good source of energy, protein, fiber, and other nutrients.
- Greek yogurt in place of milk creates delicious overnight oats too!
- Prepare your overnight oats in mason jars, so you can eat them while on the go.
