Bandai Is Dropping a Cardcaptor Sakura Makeup Line

By  - 6 years ago

If you’re a Cardcaptor Sakura fan, it’s the perfect time to crack open that piggy bank, because Bandai is dropping a makeup line that’s the stuff of dreams! The collection has Sakura themed everything — palettes, lipsticks, and even sparkling body powder!

There’s one catch though: you can’t choose what you get. For just 780 yen (360 pesos), you’re made to draw a lottery ticket that corresponds to one of 5 prizes. We’re sure you’ll want to go a few times, just for the nostalgia of it all.

Prize A

This magical, book-type palette comes with 6 eyeshadows, a blush and contour powder, and two applicators we’re sure you can work in your daily routine! Though the makeup looks promising, the true star of the show is the packaging — just look at that clow card inspired design!

Prize B

Prize B is a “Sparking Magic Body Powder” that absorbs moisture and makes your skin look smooth and fresh. Though this only comes in one beige shade, it has glitter specs that are perfect for going from day to night.

Prize C

This is a multi-use cream palette you can use as a blush, an eyeshadow, or a highlighter. If you’re a Sakura and Syaoran shipper, take a peep at the bears on the packaging!

Prize D

Prize D is any of the glosses inspired by Clow Cards, Sakura Cards, and Clear Cards only true Cardcaptor fans would know about. You can choose bordeaux red, smoky pink, or a clear one with hints of pearl.

Prize E

The last prize are any of the 10 autumn and winter inspired eyeshadows. If you’re a fan of collecting Clow Cards just like Sakura, these shadows don some of our faves!

For dedicated fans, you can win an adorable coffret pouch with a Cardcaptor Sakura design if you’re the last one to cop a ticket at any individual branch. You can store all your merch in it when they become to heavy to carry!

These are launching on November 24 in Japan and are available at Family Mart, Circle K, Sunkus, Lawson, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, Bookstore, Hobby Shop, Animate, and Game Center for as long as stocks last.
